   Patient Resources

Columbia Neurosurgical is a small practice that offers each patient individualized attention and personalized treatment. We provide neurosurgical treatment for disorders of the brain, nerves and spine. Dr. David E. Adler and his office team work together with each patient and his or her physician to correctly diagnose neurosurgical conditions. We then conduct state-of-the-art neurosurgical procedures, using the latest techniques including image-guided neurosurgery and minimally invasive spine surgery. After surgery, we provide complete follow-up care in order thateach patient may recover as quickly as possible.

Listed below are some of the conditions we treat. Included are the symptoms, diagnostic techniques and treatment options patients experience and require for evaluation and treatment. These are guidelines only and do not replace a one-to-one consultation with Dr. Adler or your physician. Please feel free to call us for an appointment at 503-796-2743.
